I had an oil change by appointment at 230pm. Saw my car go in and come out in about 40 min. Ok great. I saw my car parked and I waited 40 min to be checked out. I only got attention because I went to the office after getting impatient and needing to leave since it was already 4pm. I have never had bad service until now. Not sure what happened to the service advisor, but someone else helped me out and sensed my urgency to leave. He was great at customer service and very helpful. Sadly I'll be back for an issue with my new 2020 car, but hopefully it will be fixed and I'm in and out. Otherwise keep up the great job. Best place I bought my car from and I'll keep coming back.

Shields could be more friendly and engaging. I was highly disappointed that several staff members were not wearing mask when there is a sign clearly stating must be worn. Does this not apply to staff as well? Made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. If mask were not worn due to health reasons then perhaps a face shield should be worn.

Yall worked with my credit, helped me get my payments almost down to where I wanted them for being a first time car buyer. Signing the finance papers were quick and easy and ill absolutely be coming to get all services done there. Thank you so much. Hope to use yall in the future again

The cashier was not nice to me. I told her that I placed a coupon on the account for oil change when I made my appointment. She would not honor it. Why? She said, ���I can���t see it so unfortunately, I can���t honor it. Then I went to the other service advisor to assist me and he was condescending, rude and basically told me that I didn���t ���know the difference between an oil change an air filter.��� My service advisor David Vecek who is wonderful had already left for the day. I told them I���d never return due to their rudeness.
