I don’t really know where to start. The vehicle I brought in had been in many times before for routine oil changes and point inspections however, no issues were ever reported as needing correction or repairs. During this visit, I called because I had a bump or knock in the steering wheel. When I took the vehicle in there were several items that were listed as needing repairs that should have been brought up during the inspections that were supposed to take place during the oil change. It felt like I was being ripped off as these repairs should have not mounted up to over $5000. Having not been told about any of these issues during inspections of oil changes, I questioned the validity of the repair. After returning home from picking the vehicle up from the repairs, the issue still remains. Each time I turn the steering wheel to the left as reported during repair appointment it’s still has a knock in the steering wheel. This means after $5000 of repair to fix the issue, I must now return and spend more time in more than likely more money to fix the problem. I initially brought the vehicle in for. While the sales manager was very understanding of my situation, it doesn’t change the fact the vehicle still has the same issue.
