I had an issue while installing aftermarket power steps, inaccurate install guide, and the manufacturer's worthless tech support recommended going to the dealer to get my BCM reprogrammed. Multiple people at the dealer were very open and honest with me, telling me that they didn't believe it would fix the issue, but were willing to try. They ended up being correct, and took it upon themselves to read my install manual and figure out the problem. It was so refreshing to have them go out of their way to help me out instead of just saying "not our product, not our problem". When I left a couple hours later, I had fully functioning steps. I also had them plug a tire that had a nail in it while I was there. They were quick and I felt like everything was very reasonably priced.
