I was having a complicated electrical problem that took a lot of time to resolve. They were able to do a work around to fix this difficult issue. Additionally, they identified other areas that needed preventive maintenance. This was really needed after a year of Pandemic seclusion and lack of PM. The assessment was thorough and all the recommended maintenance was appropriate. They did a very good job.

I really liked my experience, the only thing I did not like was the fact that I have been wanting a white car for over 20 years, almost 30 and for some reason y'all wouldn't give me the other white demo car so yet again I'm in a car that I do not like the color of.

Lost a key and key fob to my vehicle. Walked into Rush Service department, told service rep David what happened and he took care of everything. The shop was really busy but David got it done as soon as he could, within an hour I was on my way with a re-programmed new key and fob. Thanks to David and the Techs at Rush Chevrolet.
