I have always used Coverts. However, Rush Chevrolet is on my way in to work and thought I would give them a try. I inquired to the service writer about recommending someone to get my windows tinted on my new Tahoe. He informed me he wasn't from Elgin and didn't know. When I waiting for my car, some employee was chewing out the Cashier and was very loud in the process. I felt sorry for the Cashier. Also, no paper mats were placed on my floor and it was tracked up. Also, no sticker was placed with next scheduled maintenance. I guess Rox Covert has spoiled me!

came in for service on my brand new truck due to check engine light. lack of communication or response with multiple calls made. when vehicle was ready, I picked it up only to drive 3 minutes before light came back on. called manager again. waiting a response to see when they can get me back in. Engine sputters and noticeable loss of power. hopefully the next experience will fix the problem and be better.( 2019 chevy colarado)
