Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, especially with my 3yr old son! Ruben was great with finding the perfect vehicle for what I was needing, and made sure that it was a good fit for my wallet as well.
Service team is amazing. They were able to give me an accurate diagnosis of what I needed to get fixed on my car and fixed it in a timely manor. I feel confident in the team and the quality work they provide. As long as I own my Malibu I will continue to have it serviced here.

Went in to get my gear shifter fixed and my car came back with a big scratch on the bottom of it. I just got my driver door repainted 2 weeks prior and now I have MORE missing paint and when I called the dealership they wouldn’t admit that my car was hit even though it wasn’t there when I took it in.
Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. 9:30AM appointment, and I came in at 9:00, just in case earlier time. Told no earlier time, and I didn't have problem with that. Tech said maybe 1 1/2 hour wait. I was surprised, since I made an appointment, but OK. Didn't get service truck until 11:30AM. What's the appointment? I get faster service when I just stop in. Also, when I drove home, the dash flashed a warning for the tire pressure monitor system. The tires were just rotated, so I can only assume an error was made. Very busy schedule, and need to find time to bring back, but can't wait another two hours for service.
