Worst experience when I purchased my vehicle from this dealership. Sure I got a “good deal” at the end but I would have left happy with my old vehicle. Finance department had the worst customer service when I told them their deal was not going to work for me. Not because it wasn’t a good deal but because financially I knew it would not work for me. This gentlemen from that department informed me I was losing out on a good deal and now the dealership will lose out on a purchase too. The odasity to tell someone basically you were a waste of time. I had to tell him he was not the only one losing out because I too spent a whole day NOT working to be there. Fast forward last minute to the part where my (sales agent who was so desperate to sell me a car all day ) took a moment to explain how this last minute deal actually was a a good deal. Not too mention this agent failed answer ALL my questions throughout the day. Whatever. I bought the car and it’s mine and I appreciate my car. Unfortunately the “rush Chevrolet” tramp stamp “decal” fell off revealing a still half on “capital” decal underneath. This does not make me proud of the vehicle i purchased and the dealership I purchased this vehicle from. At the end of the day I am upset that I purchased a vehicle that was sold to me as NEW even with over 1,000 miles already on it. I am upset with the unprofessional interaction I had with finance manager who i believe to be E. Vasquez. As well as my sales agent R. Fraiser who failed to answer my questions throughout the day and at the end pressured me to purchase this vehicle.

I made an appointment to have my truck washed along with the oil change and tire rotation. The young man that Rush has do the car wash service does an " Excellent Job ". Nice to get my truck back all clean and shiny !
