Robert Lee was pleasant, polite, and patient. I didn't feel like I was being rushed. He provided excellent customer service and my experience there was great! Oh and Tyrone Mitchell is cool too. Funny guy and made my experience there enjoyable. I will most definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thanks guys.
The salesman was very professional. He listened to me and tailored his services to ascertain my needs. He was not pushy instead he was suggesting which assisted me in making my decision. The Finance Manager was likewise accomodating and very helpful in explaining the dynamics of my situation & providing options. I had an awesome experience! I was able to leave with a brand new car, with a 0 down payment . I now have a vehicle with cheaper payments and the best APR I couldve ever been approved for considering i have bad credit. Rush was my very first experience at an actual Certified car lot. My car salesman Kasey made it a very easy and quick process. Kasey was super attentive and addressed every question I had! (even the ones that probably weren't the smartest!). The thing I loved the most was, Kasey asked me what price range i was shooting for monthly. I told him a price that was affordable for me and too my surprise he got me a even BETTER monthly price than I requested. Let me tell you! Rush by far had the best customer service Ive ever experienced in my time with financing cars ! Highly recommending to ALL of my friends, family and any random person who cares that i have a BRAND new car. Needless to say im super excited to brag about the awesome car lot I have a pleasure of being apart of. I left Rush Chevrolet with a BRAND new car. Zero miles. Zero down. Went for service (oil change/tire rotation) I'm a regular customer. Was greeted by a new service advisor who promptly got my service going. Dave Espinosa the Service Dept. Manager saw me and came over to greet me and we exchanged a few pleasantries. The work was done within the estimated time that I was given. Always great service at Rush Chevrolet.
I bought a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe, for about 50k (a lot of money to be having issues) I been having problems since I bought it. I been in the service department 6 times in less than 6 months, because they can���t find the issue, the car start shaking engine light comes on and the gears on the transmission bump hard when switching gear. I also been waiting on an extra key from seller and nothing has been resolved. Very disappointed.

This office was not practicing social distancing. They didn���t disinfect the waiting area once in over 3 hours! I was there for over 3 hours for an oil change. I did arrive 15 minutes late however I did provide a courtesy heads up. They lost my paperwork on purpose because I saw the technician turn it in but the service guy that sits in the office always gives me a hard time so I feel that this was his way of being rude because he knows I didn���t want to return to this location since last year because of his rude personality. I will not be returning to this location. I will take my business elsewhere. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Rush and referred many because of your sales team and finance teams but your SERVICE DEPT is horrible!!!

Jared is amazing. I spent over a week trying to get into a car at another dealership, and he did it within an hour. He is polite, approachable, and super friendly. We had a very good experience. Came in an Ruben helped us. At first after the credit check came back we were told we needed a go signer. We left an thought ok well try again in a few months we get down the road to do some shopping at Walmart an get a call am text to come back we got approved. Got approved with the down payment I wanted an almost right at the monthly payment I wanted. My monthly payment only ended up being bout $40.00 more than what I wanted to pay but we were happy. Never thought I'd drive away with a 2020 car with 2 repos annot so good credit. I will definitely be back in the future.
