Let me start off by saying I was planning on finding a used Nissan Altima and ended up with a brand new car. I was having a horrible day and did not want to be at home alone because of the horrible news I received the day before. I knew that I needed a new car so I went to the closest dealership near my house just so I wasn’t alone and so I can of course get into a new vehicle. I park and start heading to the doors and Geo was the first one to greet me AT THE DOOR. He asked what brought me in today and I explained that I was looking for a Nissan Altima with very low mileage but if there isn’t one then I am definitely open into getting a new car. We sat down and as we went over a few options I started tearing up going over trade in options and definitely poured out my sadness and he sat there and listened to it all, bless his heart. Needless to say after talking for a few minutes and going over the options he had with the set payment plan I had in mind, $500ish a month, he helped get me into my brand new 2025 Chevy Trax and I have never been happier. If he wouldn’t have greeted me as I was walking to the door, I feel like I would have looked like a lost puppy in that dealership! Thank you Geo for all the help and support!

Travis gave outrageous price to fix an oil pressure sensor. Claimed the check engine light brought up "old codes" of lots of supposedly problems with vehicle. Not realizing it is a 2011 vehicle. The truck was taken apart yet claimed it would take 3 days to put part in. Claimed it needed oil as and hubby checked it was full, then claimed mechanic said it was low in oil.

RUSH Chevrolet is my go to Dealer for all my maintenance needs. Got an Oil change service and was advised about my need to have my Brakes serviced fairly soon. I trust RUSH Chevrolet's service Advisor David Vacek and Service Mgr. Dave Espinosa and will make appointment for Brake service.

I put in a pre - qualify application a few minutes later I got a call and made an appointment to come in. It was all very quick and professional. Within A few hours I was driving home in a brand new vehicle. It was awesome.
